The other day a good friend of mine sent me a picture of her lovely daughter holding up a book titled Macaroons.  I am still surprised how many people don’t know the difference between macaroons (think of coconut macaroons) and macarons, which are made of almond flour and are a delicacy coming directly from Paris.  So we created a mock up book cover with the latest shots of Hardi’s creations.  The truth is though we are thinking about creating a real book too with all his amazing recipes.  They are delicious and the best macarons in Toronto.  I’ve been told.
