how to store water

Our world is full of people of all sizes and shapes and that variety should be protected, not limited. There’s no reason in blaming fat people for wasting food. Instead of investing your energy in how much a fat person eats look into how much industries waste, how much water companies steal, how much grocery stores throw out. It’s not our resources you care about, it’s the chance to hate others.

Maybe something with Levi and Petra? I enjoy your take on them! Coffee (tea?) date? I hope you feel better!

Maybe it’s a little shallow of Levi, but he does find himself liking her a lot simply because of her appreciation for tea. She makes a damn fine brew too.

Petra is a perfectionist when it comes to tea. She’s very particular about things like the water temperature, how the leaves are stored, how long everything is brewed for.

Levi at least helps her out by pouring the water from the kettle to the pot.

He also helps her by offering to keep track of time with her pocket watch.

It’s an interesting routine that they have between each other. Petra will measure everything out, Levi will help time the brewing process, and in the end, they’ll both spend the afternoon talking over a pot of tea.

“Bad Wolf Bay” - Digital Oil Painting

I can’t properly express how happy I am at how this turned out, you guys. It was so much work, but so worth it. Here’s Rose, a curious mermaid who lives at the bottom of Bad Wolf Bay. She’s seen divers before, but never one who had a pinstriped wetsuit! Perhaps she needs a closer look?

I was having a hard time since yesterday, so last night before I went to sleep, I asked my Angels for a sign that everything is going to be okay, that the change is coming and it’s something marvelous and breath-taking. I see signs almost everyday, especially number 111, which is my lucky number. And coins. Angels know how much I love finding coins and I found quite an amount this year.

Today on my way to work I saw 111 on licence plate, and then I got a sudden urge to get off before my station and commute the rest of the way on foot. So I did and guess what I found? Not just a coin, but two coins. Two coins! Two golden pennies lying next to each other on the ground! It was almost like Angels saying ‘’hush, it’s okay! we got your back!!’’ I almost started crying and didn’t how to compose myself. I went to store to buy bottle of water, and when I left the store and I put the earphones back to my ears, BTS song “You Never Walk Alone” was playing. wow.

I was still in a very emotional state, but felt so much calmer and better. And now I feel really good and all the best junk I felt for two days is totally gone. I love days like that.

What I’m really doing behind the scenes while I blog. There are not enough words to describe how important water is to lose weight…For starters, water is a natural appetite suppressant. Do NOT underestimate the power of this statement. Lack of water can lead to over eating. You brain does not differentiate between hunger and thirst. So, when you think you are feeling hungry, your body may in fact be signaling to you that you are thirsty! If you are not consuming enough water each day and you feel hunger pains, chances are, your body really is crying out for water. In many instances people will find what they thought were hunger pangs were in fact, satisfied by water. Try it! You have nothing to lose. The average person needs around 6-8 large glasses every day but I drink 1 gallon- yes a gallon. I fill it up every morning and make it my mission to finish it before I go to sleep each night. The aim is to drink water consistently. If you drink too much all at once or too fast, it will simply pass through you, with little or no benefit to your body. I like to have water before I go to sleep and and soon as I wake up. I feel the healthiest this way and my urine is incredibly clear.

If your not having enough water, your body is going to store it just like it does with salt and you will see a relation with the scale. It’s part of the body’s in-built survival mechanism - to store up the essential nutrients in short supply…just in case they aren’t available in the future. So if you don’t drink enough water, you are ‘conditioning’ your body to store water.

How do you know if you are not getting enough water each day?

  • The most common symptom is headaches. A major function of water is to flush toxins from the body. Your brain is 75% water, so even being slightly dehydrated can cause headaches.
  • Poor concentration/fatigue. If you body can’t get rid of the toxins it will struggle and you will feel less energetic as your body diverts energy to deal with the toxins.
  • Constipation. Your body will use water for more essential functions and as a result its going to be harder to flush everything out.
  • Reduced urine output or dark urine.
  • Skin. Your skin should feel elastic. When you pinch the skin on the back of your hand it should snap back instantly.

“Arrghh! I can’t take it anymore!” She exclaimed, pausing the movie they had been watching, some sci-fi thing they must have watched over a hundred times because Felicity loves it. Oliver still doesn’t know what’s it about. He always has something blonde that’s way more interesting to focus his attention on.

She ran her hands over her face in frustration and stood up, leaving a very confused Oliver with an empty lap where she was supposed to be sitting. She stalked out of their living room. It still makes him smile to think of it as theirs, because only a few years ago he would have never have been able to imagine he would be here, with a beautiful, smart, amazing woman that took his breath away at least once every single day. He never believed in it when people talked about true love. That was until he met Felicity. He couldn’t imagine being with anybody but her.

So: Health. I'm a sophomore in college, only 18, and suddenly, a few months ago, I started getting really sick after eating classic college food--pizza, burritos, fast food, etc. Like, after eating it, that night I will throw up. Its guaranteed. Is this normal? I haven't really changed my diet other than cooking at home, but even then, its ramen and corn dogs a lot of the time. I know I should just take it like it is and avoid those foods... they're bad anyway.. But idk if I should see a doctor.

First off…

But, I’ll tell you what I think you should do.

Whenever you begin to have weird health changes that persist, you should always see a doctor. This is especially true if you keep throwing up, as excessive/repeated vomiting can lead to scarring of the esophagus, dehydration, and damage to the enamel of the teeth.

Not to scare you, but you really, really need to see a doctor. Like, as soon as possible. If you’re scared about committing to seeing a doctor right away, at least go to your campus’ nurse or health center. They’ll probably point you to a doctor anyway.

In the mean time, keep track of when you’re vomiting and what you’ve eaten for the day. Also keep track of how much water you’re drinking. Write it down or store the information somewhere on your phone, and when you see the doctor, bring that info with. It will really help Dr. Whoever to figure out what the problem may be. The timing or recurrence of the vomiting may give a hint at what’s causing it.

And always rehydrate. Staying hydrated is important everyday, but even more so when you’re sick, and even more-more so when you’ve been vomiting.

Here’s A Water Bottle That You Can Eat

It might not be obvious, but plastic water bottles are evil. Water bottles are terrible for the environment since most of them aren’t recycled after use.

But if you can eat your water bottle — now, that’s a million dollar idea.
The Ooho is a blob-shaped “container” or “water bottle” that holds water inside with a double membrane. Created by three London-based designers, the Ooho uses a compound from brown algae and calcium chloride to form a gel around a liquid (in this case, water).
According to FastCompany, the double membrane utilizes an evolved form of “spherification,” a way to hold liquids in spheres first invented in 1946:
“While the package is being formed, the water is frozen as ice, making it possible to create a bigger sphere and keeping the ingredients in the membrane and out of the water.”
If the designers behind Ooho can figure out how to keep the blobby water bottle clean (like when it’s on store shelves) we could be looking at a future where water bottles littered on street floors is a thing of the past.

Inconvenience Store

“To our valued customers, please be informed that the Musain will close in ten minutes,” the smooth feminine voice announced over the PA system. “Again, we will be closing in exactly ten minutes.”

Shit, I gotta move, Éponine thought as she stumbled down the canned goods aisle— no easy feat, considering that she wanted nothing more than to crawl back into bed. Uh-oh, here comes a big one. She sneezed into her handkerchief, and then grimaced. God, this was disgusting. She was disgusting. She hadn’t had the flu this bad in ages.

Her head spun as she squinted at a row of cans. Maybe overdosing on cough medicine hadn’t been such a good idea; she was too zoned out to read the labels properly, which was why it had taken her half an hour to find tea and orange juice. Now she was looking for her favorite brand of chicken noodle soup, and she heaved a grateful sigh of relief when she found the last one on the shelf. She reached up and—

Her fingers closed around someone else’s.

“Oh, I’m sorry,” she said politely.

“No, I’m sorry,” the thin blond guy replied just as politely.

They both didn’t let go of the can.

The Memory of Water

“Water forms a relationship with foreign objects when it touches them and this is what you call surface tension.  So It has a structure which is uniquely different.

Ultimately water will probably become the ultimate computer.  In my years when I was in physics, we talked about forbidden zones and boundary layers, where we took two dissimilar pieces of metal, gallium and arsenic, they would form a register where you could store information, that’s how computer chips work.

Water does exactly the same thing, only with six orders of magnitude more accurately…  It’s a million times more efficient than our computers currently.

When the water comes up against a foreign structure, it changes the water in terms of the way the ions align themselves and it becomes an information register.  And if you put it inside something, then that means, it’s been surrounded by all three dimensions and that takes on a whole different relationship of what water becomes.

There’s a physicist at MIT, Mark LeClaire that would suggest that water is where God is present on earth because of its detail of resolution of information."   Dr. Richard Allan Miller.
