I'm only on day two of keto and it's a lot for me lol. I chose it because carbs are my absolute favorite. I wanted to cut down on my carb intake but I'm really not a big meat eater. But it did help me with my fear of butter. I'm gonna see how my week goes and wonder if I'll stick with it. I miss spaghetti squash, bananas, and sweet potatoes already I'm kind of embarrassed.
