Happy Mothers Day to all the awesome moms out there! (Yeah that means you!!!)
Had a good 2 mile run this morning after a sleep in! Followed it up with a chest workout and a small abductor workout! (Yes this machine always makes me feel silly and reminds me I need to stretch!)
Tomorrow’s lunch will be crockpot teriyaki brats, peppers, and onions!
