Made with printed and cut out recipes for foie gras, Hong shao rou and beef chow fun, wallpaper paste, a quick pencil drawing of Mads Mikkelsen, red Copic markers, rough cartridge paper, teabags, black acrylic, a scalpel and a lot of patience.
Had 红烧狮子头 (Braised Lion Head. It’s just pork, really) for dinner tonight, along with steamed white rice and stir-fried bok choy. Mmm… although this takes forever to make, the result is simply delicious and truly worth the effort! :)
