Ingredients:

  • Milk (duh)
  • Cinnamon (duh)
  • Honey
  • Vanilla

Directions

  1. Get a mug and fill it ¾ of the way with any milk/ milk alternatives you’d like. I personally use 2% and think it works best that way, but if you’re allergic or have a sensitivity almond milk sweetened with vanilla should be your best bet.
  2. Heat the milk in the microwave or on the stove for 2 minutes. This activated the property in milk that brings forth drowsiness. After it’s heated, I’ll be hot so add some more milk if it needs cooling.
  3. Add in some honey for extra sweetness to lull you to sleep, some vanilla for added aroma, and cinnamon to help you remember your dreams.
  4. Enjoy 🍵
