It was my sisters birthday the other day, and as the bubble wrap printing had gone down so well we decided to make homemade birthday cards using the same technique :) My daughter decided to print a heart on the front of her card, and my little boy chose to do a star (yep he is still into space lol!) They both then added shiny star stickers to add some glitz! Their auntie loved her homemade cards and I think they mean so much more than shop bought ones :)

I consistently forget to buy cards for people, so I’ve been drawing some of my own. The fact that I drew them makes me look thoughtful and hard-working, when really I’m just forgetful and a serial doodler.

Today the kids made Fathers Day cards ready for next weekend! They used an old bath puff to dip into paint (I squirted 4 different colours onto a paper plate). They then printed using the puff onto plain paper. Once the paint was dry we cut out some tie shapes and glued onto card. They then decorated with shiny star stickers! :) They look fab and we think Daddy will love them! :)
