kinda disappointed that i’m not already a reclusive beekeeping novelist who lives in a cottage in the french countryside, only interacting with other people when i call my annoyed editor and sell honey+honey-related products to local villagers
April is National Gardening Month, which means it’s time to
pick out veggies to grow. Whether it’s a backyard garden, community garden or
simply potted herbs on a windowsill, there are plenty of ways to grow fresh produce
perfect for topping your favorite pasta dishes this summer.
Stuffed peppers with only the finest fresh veggies from the garden. Chopped up some onion, tomato, a little parsley, and cooked up quinoa and brown rice. Oh and don’t forget the cheese!! Lots of it ..Mixed it all together inside my scooped out peppers and baked in the oven at 350 for 25 minutes!
Here’s another project I did for my Editorial Illustration class–spot illustrations for a Better Homes & Gardens article about planting a vegetable garden. I was playing around with a different method of coloring. What do you think?
