A list of good tips:

1. Go vegan! I don’t mean plant-based, I mean full on vegan!! Take time to replace everything you have and use to vegan and cruelty-free because we are animals too! We are NOT better than any other sentient being on this beautiful Earth and do not deserve more freedom and quality of life than they do.

2. Get away from processed junk! Try to eat as fully raw as possible. Whole foods are your best friend and were made to give us exactly all we need. The protein and other crap that society pushes us to think we need from animals is second-hand. The only reason meat has protein is because the animals eat it straight from the source: PLANTS! Processed foods strip away all the good things and replace them with chemicals, fillers, preservatives and poisons.

3. Holistic remedies are your best friend and cheaper than going to a doctor and paying for insurance, co-pays, medications etc. Do you know how many benefits apple cider vinegar has? Do your research.

4. Only drink water and organic juices. Do not drink artificial drinks like soda, gatorade, powdered teas etc. Our bodies are not meant to take all the chemicals in these drinks either. They WILL KILL YOU.

5. Switch your laundry detergent, make up, deodorant, soap, shampoo, lotions, perfumes/colognes, etc. to vegan, cruelty-free, and natural products. Get away from all the garbage being fed to you to keep you sick and slaving. GET AWAY FROM FLOURIDE!!!

6. Meditate. Take time for yourself and clear your head of negativity. Just like you take care of your body by eating clean and being active, you need to take care of your mind and soul.

7. Work your body. Get your muscles moving and keep them happy.

8. Get rest. Sleep is important for energy and to help the body rid you of toxins.

9. Forgive, understand and love. You need to be strong to not let your anger and hate get the best of you. It is negative and hurts the soul and spiritual growth.

10. Learn to cook. Cook most if not all the food going in your mouth. Be in control of what fuels your body.

11. OILS ARE BAD. Olive oil, coconut oil,  sunflower oil, sesame oil, etc. are processed foods. They are fruits, seeds and veggies that have had all the nutritional value taken out and as a result you are left with pure fat. It does nothing but boost your cholesterol. Oil-free cooking is possible and delicious. There are plenty of recipes online you could try.

12. Never take the information you see in the media or from the government at face value. Question everyone and everything. Question me too! I encourage you to fact check the things I say and fact check everything everyone says. Make sure you know the world around you because it is YOUR responsibility to take your safety and life in your own hands. Don’t be sheep!

I remember a time when I would try everything and anything possible to get a flat/tight stomach - things like the “cayenne pepper maple syrup cleanse” 🤦🏼‍♀️ or consuming nearly NO carbohydrates and majority animal fats/proteins .. along with several other horrifying low calorie/low carb diets/cleanses.. I put my poor body through hell trying to de bloat and lose weight as quickly as possible 🙄 yet I gained weight, my belly was so stressed and bloated EVERY single day and I slowly formed the worst and most distorted view of food and my body .. it was the worst!

The week I went 🌿plant based everything began to fall into place - within the first month my digestion began to heal and the bloating went down – my energy shot through the roof and a craving for movement kicked in.. I hadn’t felt mental clarity or energy🔥 like that in years! It was the most intense change I have ever made in my entire life - almost 3 years later and I am still amazed EVERY DAY by what this lifestyle has brought me.

Why I eat a banana everyday!

Bananas are great sources of many nutrients. Bananas:

-Have ~350mg of potassium per serving, which helps to regulate the cardiovascular system
-Contain trace amounts of fat. The fat they do have belongs to the sterol family, which helps to control blood cholesterol
-Packs 3g of fiber. Soluble fiber helps to clean the digestive track, regulate carbohydrate conversion, and may lower the risk of heart disease
-Has the amino acid tryptophan, which the body uses to create serotonin. This chemical promotes a good mood
-Are low in terms of glycemic index
-Gives your body a quick burst of energy without feeling a comedown
-Contains ~43% of your daily needed B6. This water-soluble vitamin must be replenished daily, and is responsible for enabling antibody and red blood cell production, as well as regulating blood sugar levels

My favorite ways to eat a banana are plain, cut up in oatmeal, or frozen as part of a smoothie!
