Dazzling Mermaid Crowns Inspired by Ariel by Chelsea Shiels

Twenty-seven-year-old Melbourne-based florist Chelsea Shiels was always keen of composing stunning flower crowns, until she came up with the ingenious idea to construct seashell crows.

She confesses to Cosmopolitan: “I’ve always wanted to be Ariel, under the sea. I’m a real beach bum. That was where my obsession with the sea and shells came from.

The royal and bohemian crows are inspired by the rustic beauty found under the sea, its aquamarine colors and the glittering hidden treasures we wish to find in the ocean’s depth. Find them in their Etsy shop.

Children’s Drawings Are Transformed Into 3D Timeless Jewelry

Turkish company Tasarım Takarım (I Wear Design) convert’s tender and adorable children’s illustrations into gold and silver jewelry. The project first began two years ago when designers Yasemin Erdin Tavukçu (the sculptor and goldsmith) and Özgür Karavit (the painter)first transformed a child’s doodle into an ornament.

New Dark Ink Pen Illustrations Depict Animals And Nature In Magical Lore

Italy-based illustrator Alfred Basha draws small black ink pen scenes that narrate scenes of animals and nature as a magical entity. His poetic illustrations are brought to life with the expert use of the humble ink pen.  He uses the crude tool to draw enchanting scenes which depict delicate branches forming the silhouette of animals, plants growing from the anatomy of foxes and deer, and landscapes encased within wild beasts.
