Welcome to hell.. This mornings HIIT Cardio session after my shoulders and traps workout.. Heres how it goes.. 30 Seconds of KettleBell Swings (20 Min) with 30 Seconds of battle rops (alternate between Rope Slams, Alternate Waves, Lateral Waves AKA Snakes) and 30 seconds of rest.. 10 Rounds.. Follow that with 30 second box jumps with 30 second Burpees with push up and plank jacks and 30 seconds of rest.. 10 rounds.. and then finish it off with 15 seconds of each exercise with 45 seconds of rest for 5 rounds.. and of course, every 5 rounds drop and give yourself 20-25 pushups.. dont stair at the timer waiting for the whistle to blow, hear the whistle blow and push yourself for ONE MORE Welcome to hell..
