Is porridge or oatmeal bad… all those carbs? 😨The answer is definitely yes😎.. that bad that I’m literally having oats for breakfast and dinner🍓. All those carbs are going directly to my brain to think🤔 and legs to run🏃🏼‍♀️. Glucose is ESSENTIAL for the brain to function properly and overall health. You should get AT LEAST half of your daily calories from carbs aka sugar aka life. Cut carbs, cut life. 🍬

My day didn’t start out very well to be honest. I really thought it was going to be one of those days where I don’t want to do anything, just lie in bed and cry the whole time.. But surprisingly, it is ending pretty well. And I want to let you guys know that it is totally okay not to be okay. So, if you’re currently having a hard time, please remember how far you have already come. Please remember everything you have already gotten through. Please remember all the mornings you got out of bed no matter how hard it was. Please remember all the times you wanted to give up but you still got through another day. Please never forget how much strength you have learned and developed. Everything is going to be okay. I know it is hard but that’s why you need to keep fighting because it is worth it. So, if you want to be happy, you have to be happy on purpose. Happiness is a choice, not a result. There are going to be good days, and there are going to be bad days. And those bad days are not going to be the end, life is still beautiful. You are blessed, you are loved and that’s all that matters. Keep going. Please don’t give up now. Recovery takes so much time and it’s not going to happen overnight. Just keep trying. I love you all so much.
