DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. – An HH-60 Pave Hawk crew drops off pararescuemen during exercise Angel Thunder 2010 April 15, 2010, in the desert surrounding Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz. The Pave Hawk crew is from the 210th Rescue Squadron at Kulis Air National Guard Base in Anchorage, Alaska. The pararescue crew is from the 103th RQS in Long Island, N.Y.

Two HH-60 Pave Hawk helicopters from the 83rd Expeditionary Rescue Squadron sit near the Craig Joint Theater Hospital after dropping off simulated patients during an exercise at Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan. The exercise allowed for both pararescue and medical personnel to practice responding to a real-world emergency.
