I received a cake from a member of Amatou Danshi [lit: Sweet-Tooth Boys, a singing group Yuusaku is in], and I ate it with everyone
✨ I made Dancer Riku-kun, Students Tooru-kun, Soui-kun, and Rui-kun, and Teacher Kanzan-san say “aaaaa” and open their mouths to feed them 💓
Link to the Twitter video he posted today: (x) It’s just Yuusaku with the supporting actors all going “yay~” etc. so I’m not doing an actual translation for it.
My favorite part about this kiss is how intense Dylan/Stiles’ face is. He’s kissing her like she’s his lifeline, the air he breathes. He’s so consumed in this moment, in this kiss, in Lydia. You can feel how much he loves her and how much this moment means to him. This is everything Stiles has spent the past 10 years building up to, and the intensity with which he kisses Lydia is like none I’ve ever seen. Lydia holds onto to Stiles, kissing him back just as forcefully, and we get this incredible moment that seems to stop time. I just can’t get over how much you can tell that this is quite possibly the most important day of Stiles’ life just by the expression he makes when kissing Lydia. It’s gentle and intense and heartbreaking all at the same time. You can feel the gentleness he possesses for Lydia, but it’s also this intense fire that burns hot enough to consume them both. It’s so amazing that these two completely opposite things can exist simultaneously in just one expression. Dylan never ceases to amaze me with how much he understands Stiles as a character and his unconditional love for Lydia.
tarjei simply amazes me. we all know he’s a very talented actor. we’ve pretty much all said it. more than once. he’s not the only talented actor out there. but the fact that this is his first official acting role. the fact that he is only 17 years old. it just. it amazes me. the level of maturity in his acting blows me away. for him to be so young and to be able to understand his character’s emotion so well, for him to be able to express those emotions so well, for him to be able to make us, the viewers, feel all of these emotions…that’s just. it’s truly, truly amazing. and i am so thankful for him, and i feel truly lucky to be able to witness his great talent
I wonder if this was scripted–this little kiss Mon-el stretches up to give her to end the scene. Like, do they get directed to do things like this quick peck or the kiss on the check previously in the episode, or is it just Chris x Mel having great chemistry and working really well together? The karamel relationship feels so real because of the attention to detail we’ve seen in each of their interactions, and I’m sure that the credit goes to Chris x Mel for that. I often take for granted what it means to have this relationship ship seem so natural and real–that it means Chris x Mel have a strong, natural chemistry as people and as actors, and they really care about their characters’ relationship portrayal. All these small interactions they have really authenticate the relationship. I love these two, and I love them togther.
Voice Acting AU - Eren is a voice actor who plays the part of a bumbling guy falling over his crush, but he can`t pull off the lines. Only when someone suggests bringing in his costar, whom he has never met, Levi Ackerman, is he able to make his lines believable. Because now he actually is a bumbling guy, falling over this stupidly pretty costar.
After the recording he gets nosy and searches Levi up, only to find he`s actually a BL drama CD voice actor, and proceeds to listen to all of his work while being simultaneously embarrassed beyond all reason because he`s still working with him for the next few months.
“We rehearsed all the time. I mean, I couldn’t appreciate the compliment about the chemistry more because, like, I fell in love with Timmy in the process of making the movie. He’s fuсking terrific and he’s also an incredible actor, so I had all of that. It was just this great experience where I think we all, in the process of making this movie, got that experience of that one summer where we were there and everything was perfect.” — Armie Hammer on working with Timothée Chalamet on “Call Me By Your Name”
George Lucas started the whole Star Wars saga In Medias Res (the middle) which led to a lot of people being confused, but he did it anyway and got through shitty trailers to make the biggest film franchise of all time. Then, when he realized technology was where it needed to be in order to make the beginning of the story, he went for it, and essentially got shit on by the world. He cared about the prequels so much that he waited DECADES before attempting it so that they would be good enough.
Respect George Lucas, respect the prequels.
Don’t even get me started on the fact that Hayden was probably playing Anakin exactly the way Anakin was supposed to be… not because he’s a shitty actor.
