Summary: You’ve been working nights in the tech department of Kingsman and have a run in with Eggsy that could make things a little messy.
“You invent some kinda way to write code with your eyeballs?”
A wisp of hot breath tickled her ear. Y/N whipped her head sideways to meet it. Her face collided with the brim of Eggsy’s hat. “Oww,” She exclaimed. Her eyes squinted shut as she rubbed the bridge of her nose.
“Sorry love.” Eggsy stood behind her chair, leaning over her shoulder, his face next to hers. “You’ve been staring at that screen for 10 minutes. I wasn’t sure you were even awake.”
“I wasn’t,” Y/N muttered. She turned back to the computer, slouched down in her chair and yawned.
It had been almost two months since she started working nights in the tech department of Kingsman. She had met all the agents her first day but only ever saw Trinity, the night watch, which usually meant she could get in a good nap during her shifts.
“Don’t see you around here much.” Eggsy stood up.
“Yea, Uni keeps me pretty busy during the day,” She spoke with her eyes closed, arms folded across her chest. “But Merlin needs my help here so I find the- SHIT!” She sat up fast, eyes gaping. “What time is it?” She frantically checked the desktop for her phone and retrieved it from under a pile of papers and a half eaten banana. It was dead.
A/N: I’ve been holding this one in my back pocket! It’s been on my list of fics for a LONG time. I hope you all enjoy it! <3 Feedback is welcomed and appreciated <3
Dean and Sam hit the wall as the demon pushed them against the wall away from you. “Now now, we can’t have that. Little [Y/N] here, needs to learn the ropes, right,” the demon noted mischievously. The demonic man threw the blade on the ground in front of your feet. “Pick it up.”
You looked back at Sam and Dean, their eyes were wide with anger and worry. As soon as you picked up the blade, you were shoved into the wall with brute force. You groaned from the pain that shocked your body as you hit the wall. You had dropped the blade as you hit the floor; the Winchester brothers had yelled your name out of concern.
“Oh you dropped your weapon. How unfortunate for you,” the demon smirked, tossing your blade across the room. The demon grabbed you by your neck, slamming you up against the wall. “It would be a shame if you died because the Winchesters couldn’t save you.”
Warnings: None. Unless you are triggered by adorableness.
Reading time: 7 Min.
Notes: I’m trying to write a little faster so I did this in just a few hours as opposed to my others which took me up to a week. So I apologize if it sucks. Ha!
Summary: You’ve been away a few weeks and are returning home to Taron at Christmas time.
“Babe, what’s all this?”
Y/N’s eyes widened as she edged through the doorway into the flat they shared. The weight of the suitcases in her hands forced her to turn sideways but she could see he had decorated for the holiday. Taron grabbed a bag from her as he held the door open.
“Merry Christmas love.” He said. Her chest brushed against his and he puckered his lips. She placed a tiny kiss on them and set her bags down in the entryway.
All Time favorite second lead character: Min Ha Ri (She Was Pretty)
Beautiful, poor , misguided Ha Ri. I feel like I was the only one in the fandom who still loved her by the time this show was over. It’s really rare to see a second lead get the same emotional narrative that a main lead gets, but this shows way of flipping the leads made it necessary to give Ha Ri depth. I don’t agree with everything Ha Ri did. Obviously she should have told Hye Jin the truth sooner, but there is a trope in dramaland where the best friend is endless and unconditionally supportive, which us great, but just not realistic.
Ha Ri was not the basic best friend who can do no wrong and will endlessly put her life and hold for the main lead, Ha Ri was real character who fucked up and earned her redemption. Ha Ri did not hesitate to hurt any asshole guy who talked down about her best friend because of her appearance, and she was constantly torn between herself and family obligations. Ha Ri was far from perfect, but I endlessly love her
