Lemon Balm and White Sage Infused Honey.

The honey is fresh, naturally and safely derived, and organic. The jars it is stored in are sterile and food grade. They infusion has very powerful properties which make it an herbal remedy, and it tastes great. Use it to sweeten teas and other drinks. Take it by itself. A tea made from Lemon balm leaves is said to soothe menstrual cramps and helps relieve PMS. The herb is also used for nervous agitation, sleeping problems, functional gastrointestinal complaints, menstrual cramps and urinary spasms. It is thought that the volatile oils in lemon balm contain chemicals that relax muscles, particularly in the bladder, stomach, and uterus, thereby relieving cramps, gas, and nausea. It also helps bring about and maintain mental clarity and aids concentration. Lemon balm is widely used to treat anxiety and insomnia in Europe. It reduces anxiety and stress and eases sleep disorders. Lemon balm is used in Europe for treating thyroid problems and has shown an ability to regulate thyroid hormone production. This ability, along with the herbs anti-viral characteristics have made the herb useful in the treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Benefits of white sage:

White sage can treat a variety of common illnesses and complaints, including PMS, cramps and other menstrual pains. It shortens the time of colds and flu and prevents them from coming on. It decreases the effects of allergies. White sage has powerful antibiotic and anti-allergenic effects. It is also extremely calming when ingested.

Benefits of honey:

Honey contains flavonoids, antioxidants which help reduce the risk of cancers and heart disease. Research shows that because of its powerful anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties, having a few teaspoons of honey daily as treatment may help disorders such as ulcers and bacterial gastroenteritis. (Honey becomes anti-bacterial and anti-fungal because the bees add an enzyme that makes hydrogen peroxide.) But - it only gets rid of harmful and unhealthy bacteria. It does possess large amounts of friendly bacteria!

Honey also helps maintain glycogen levels which helps in physical performance. When warmed, it is used often to treat sore throats and also encourages natural sleep and speeds up healing during sleep. I am afraid to try my valerian root tea (I have loose leaf dried valerian from local organic herb store). I'm afraid cause it smells gross and also because I hear it makes you feel stoned lol. But I also hear it'll help so much with my anxiety!!!

hey sweetHeart! ~ i absolutely adore valerian root tea & to be honest, it smells really good to me! hehehe. & it tastes good as well. so i am afraid i can be no help there… valerian root relaxes you very deeply & brings you back to your center. i have never felt stoned when drinking it but surely she calms my mind & helps me to sleep… such a wonderful plant helper for anxiety & even depression yes! she was the only tea~medicine i brought with me… because i knew i would be stressed & anxious here in the uk but she really helps me to slow down at the end of the day & have a really good sleep & she also promotes vivid dreams i have found! i feel deeply thankful to this plant… truly. i believe you should give her a try when you feel comfortable. try it once & see how you feel ❤ blessings & a magical evening!
