what kind of nose did henry have anyway? i mean i looked at all his portraits but i don't think they're all that reliable anyway
He had a high arched – otherwise known as Aquiline or Roman – nose. It’s featured prominently in his profile portraiture, esp coinage, but I can see it in most of his depictions bc I’m aware of it. You’re right to be skeptical of portraiture, but it’s almost certain that was his nose; it seems to have been from his father’s side.
The groats tend to show it, although their debasement is varying and you sometimes can’t make finer details out. I.E.:
