Sometimes I look at him when he’s laughing, or right before he kisses me, and I realize I love him so much that it hurts. All I know is when I look at him all I want to do is be with him. But the desire to be with him has negated every bad thing about him; it has me blinded. And I think it’s suffocating me. And so I guess what I’m trying to say is if you’re going to fall in love with your best friend, be careful where you fall. And know that even though they may love you too, they may not be there to catch you when you do fall. And if you can’t help but fall because their blue eyes sparkle in the sunlight and they make you laugh harder than anyone else can, know that it’s okay to let yourself love someone. But you have to not suffocate within that love. Know when it’s time to let go.
