Sauce: Fish sauce, sugar, MSG, water, lime, raw thai peppers, garlic, and carrots.
In an effort to save money, and more importantly not have food go bad, I used some ingredients from the left over Spring Rolls I made with my cousin the other day.
The pork sausage are wrapped in a banana leaf, and sold in many Asian grocery stores. It’s a cured meat with minimal ingredients including: pork, potato starch, garlic, and pepper corn. It’s taste is light, easy to add to any dish, and usually eaten with a sauce.
The sauce varies, with each family. I made mine based on my moms recipe.
