Hello everyone!!!!! Tomorrow I will be starting the #springcleanchallenge ! It will commence over a 10 day span and will cover various ways in which we can clean clutter, debris, and toxins from all aspects of our life. I will start the 10 day challenge off with a full body detox, more details on this tomorrow! I will fully participate in all topics discussed over the next 10 days. Other topics I will cover include, clean eating and detox super foods, decluttering around the home and spring cleaning products that you can actually make yourself easily with no toxins in them. I will also talk about how to cleanse the body of negative or cluttering thoughts and suppressed emotions, yoga postures that can help detoxify the body, ways to detoxify and declutter the environment, how to clarify or refocusing intentions, goals, and dreams, and finally I will finish the 10 day spring clean with a concept I like to call trade for a trade. I promise this will be inspirational, informative and empowering. I hope you will follow along and consider participating too each day. Top 8 reason why I want to do a cleanse every three months.

     

1.     I gain back energy that I forgot I could have.

2.     I wake up feeling refreshed, rested and ready to go.

3.     No energy crashes during the day (I did not need my regular naps)

I highly recommend a cleanse but done carefully. Cleanses don’t mean that you starve your self. It is a way to remove toxins out of your body to return to your natural state of wellbeing. There are many ways to do a cleanse that is right for you. Do your research first, ask a nutritionist or a professional that knows about cleanses and give it a try.
