I love when my kids ask for smoothies for breakfast! Today’s concoction:
1 c frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 c quick oats
1/2c vanilla Greek/low-fat yogurt
2 tbsp flaxseed meal
1c vanilla unsweetened almond milk
Can add 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Blend. Enjoy.
