Vegan Applesauce quinoa bread⚜️ Recipe:
1 cup applesauce
50 gr roughly chopped dark chocolate
6 soaked dates
1 cup quinoa
Oats (to get the wanted consistency)
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor (except the dark chocolate) and blend everything together. Put the dark chocolate in the mixture and add everything to a form. Bake it on 180 c for about 20 min 😋 enjoy 🌿🍃
Mash 3 large bananas in a Bowl. Add 2 cups of rolled oats, and stir with a spoon to combine - add more oats if the mixture is too runny. Add cinnamon, chocolate chips and other ingredients after taste ( be carefull not to add to much extra, because then the mixture wont stick together ) Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 min on 350 (180 c) ✨ enjoy❤️
- soft tofu
- salt / pepper
- garlic - basil
- pinenuts or other nuts you like, I also tried using pumpkinseeds
Add all the ingredients to a food processor in whatever amount you like, this recipe is all about adding the ingredients until it taste right 😊 Add water if it gets to dry, and a splash of olive oil is also great! Pour it over in a tight container and store it in the fridge or freeze it down to use for later ⚜️
You can easily use this spread on bread, but it also works great together with your other mealtime dishes 🍃 Enjoy ✨

So I have made a giant vat of porridge to have this week. This is my favourite flavour which is oatmeal raisin cookie. I did enough for about 7 days or for a family of 4 for 3 days
6 cups plant milk ( it doesn’t really matter but I used almond milk
2 cups oats
1- 1 ½ raisins
3 tea spoons cinnamon
¼ ground ginger
1/8 tea spoon all slice
2-4 tea spoons vanilla extract
2-4 tablespoons stevia
1-4 tablespoons maple syrup
Stick it all the ingredients apart from the stevia and syrup pot at the same time and bring to the boil the simmer on low until it’s your preferred consistency ( I like it slightly looser but I think that’s more a uk thing. If you rather a thicker consistency just reduce the liquid slightly and cook a little longer.
Stir it every so often and tip into a container
Ps. I have just finished watching land of hope and glory on YouTube and it was so informative and heart wrenching ✌🏻😭😭😩
Put one can of drained black beans in a food processor. Add applesauce, raw unsweetened cocoa powder, HUSK (egg substitute), rum extract and peanut butter. ( I don’t measure the ingredients but add after taste and wanted consistency). Blend everything together, so it becomes a smooth paste and roughly chop up some dark chocolate and turn it in the dough.
Place the dough in a ovenproof form and bake it on 185 c for 15 - 20 min or until a fork comes out clean.
Take it out of the form and let it cool! Enjoy ✨❤️
