Everyone has bad days (days you miss training, don’t train hard enough or days you get lazy on your diet etc for whatever reason) don’t let those days ever stop you from reaching your fitness goal which are greater than anyone day and will last longer than just one day.

This is the summer about me and my body

After just finishing my 2nd year of college (literally a day ago) and coming home I realized I want this summer to be about me and my body. Today I went to the gym, yoga studio, and grocery store, signed up (and bought food) and tbh spent a decent amount of money. I’m ready for committing my summer to me and my body. I AM going to lose the weight, I AM going to get toned, and I AM going to eat healthy. Starting with the first day of summer (today), I am on a no gluten or dairy diet, I am running a mile every morning right when I wake up, I am going to the gym and hot yoga everyday, and I am going to enjoy every ounce of it. I AM going to love watching people be amazed at my body transformation, I AM going to be the person you see everyday at the gym, and I AM going to make myself proud. I AM committed and I AM ready.

Been on my healthy diet (cutting carbs and some dairy for stomach problems) and I've noticed a big change already! I'm overall happier more energetic and ready for the day! I work out about 1.5-2 hours everyday and feel like I'm starting to balance friends, studying, and getting enough sleep!

One of the best weeks I’ve had so far this semester! Not eating out (except on special occasions), no carbs, little/to no dairy (for stomach problems), everyday exercise, studying, hanging out with friends etc! Also exciting news I might join a sorority❤️
