So I’ve been looking for something like this for a while and I could never find anything that would actually help me.

So I made my own!

Free for all to use, this is what I would call a basic checklist for your day to day life. I have the medication slots highlighted in pink and the alternating colours to help keep track of what row is what.

You can also add to it whatever you need! Print it off, stick it next to your bed or wherever, just remember to move forward and reward your progress!

Preparing you for 2016

The end of the year is nearly upon us. And we know closing out another year can be stressful. We’d like to help keep that stress to a minimum. This health care checklist may help guide you into the new year.

Have you:

  • Taken advantage of your preventive care services?
  • Used your flexible spending account (FSA) dollars?

My edited kikki-k 2016 time planner. 

I used their paper lovers’ books to create pockets, covers, envelopes etc to customise this planner to suit me. I loved being able to be creative, and I just can’t wait to start using it properly! I customised the tabs to include a section for study (including an assignment checklist), for health, for planning projects, and creating.

What else should I include?

Mental health checklist:

  • Have you drunk enough water today? 
  • Have you eaten enough today?
  • Have you taken your meds today?
  • Have you exercised today? (It doesn’t have to be a long workout, even 5 minutes is okay!)
  • Have you talked to someone today (online or in person)? (It doesn’t have to be a long conversation, a short chat is just fine!) Extra: Have you gone outside today?
  • Have you done your homework? Extra: Are there any other responsibilities you need to take care of? (e.g. grocery shopping, cleaning, making appointments)
  • Have you taken care of your personal hygiene today? (shower/bath, brushed hair, brushed teeth, deodorant, shaved (if applicable), cut nails (if needed) changed clothes)
  • Have you been kind to yourself today? Say some affirmations, out loud or in your head! Remember that you are beautiful, valuable, and loved.
  • Are you on track to get enough sleep? 

These are all things I have to remind myself of, so I hope it helps some of you~
