Yes oh my goodness I could go on for days about this. Splenda is horrible for you. Splenda (aka aspartame) is even worse for you than refined sugar and has a huge list of side effects. It’s literally one of the worst things you can put into your body. It’s advertised as aiding in weight loss because its 0 calories but studies show that not only does it not aid in weight loss, it can actually make you gain weight because it increases appetite. If you want a 0 calorie sweetener try Stevia, it’s all natural and actually has health benefits.
