As a college student, I love making a big batch of food on a given night and use it to meal prep for my lunch boxes 🍴 For the past weeks I’ve been making a bell pepper, tomato, kidney bean, onion, garlic, lentil and green pea stew which is so nice with rice or pasta for a filling lunch. Making a bulk meal like this saves time and money during the week. It takes less than 30min of cooking and lasts for most of the week !

SET BOUNDARIES
Decide the path that you are going to follow to achieve a healthy lifestyle and then set boundaries to help you stay on track. The boundaries can be relatively simple things like mainly buying healthy food, exercising three days a week and spending less time with people who may be undermining your courage and perseverance in trying to achieve your goals.

Why have I never made rawnola before ?? I was inspired by @lonijane and @earthyandy to make mine using oats, dates, coconut shreds, cinnamon and it tastes amazing ! I can be kept in the fridge in a sealed jar or made into bliss balls or bars and you should all give it s try !

WHY I LOVE JUICING:

Fresh, home-made juice is amazing for you if done correctly. It’s great for de-bloating, weight loss, flushing out toxins, clear skin, healthier hair and nails, and getting more nutrients. 

I sometimes have a juice or two a day, or I do a three day cleanse. It just depends on how I’m feeling. I think they taste amazing and make me feel great too. It’s best to have an all fruit one in the morning to jump start your metabolism, and the natural sugars will keep you energized throughout the day too (stay away from fruits later in the evening as it can keep me up). I love green juice, yes some look like a puke, but they don’t taste it when done correctly! There are many recipes online, so figure out what works for you.

Juicing can be completely different for some people, I know people who absolutely hate the feeling and taste. Every body is different!
