“What you eat today has to make your heart beat tomorrow and create new blood, renew your bone marrow, fuel your brain, ease your mind, make your lungs work, support your immune system, heal your skin, keep your digestive system working smoothly, lubricate your joints, repair and rebuild your muscles.. So what will you eat to help it do all that?” Farmer’s market days are the best days. 😛After eating some unhealthy vegan food today, I’m ready to get into this tomorrow👌🏼 The longer I eat like this, the more I only want fruit.🍉🍓🍊🍋🍌Got a box of bananas, three boxes of mangos, a flat of strawbs, five papayas, and 4 liters of sugarcane juice! Still need to get watermelon and greens🌱

It is absolutely freeeeezing outside ❄️❄️ but that didn’t keep me from making nicecream 😌 I’m now wrapped up in a blanket trying to get warm again. 😂

{nicecream: 3 ½ bananas + 2 tbsp coconut sugar, toppings: half of a banana, handful of blueberries, coconut sugar and later added blackberries and 3 dates}

Today’s lunch!! Rice noodles with avocado, roasted vegetables (carrot, pumpkin, broccoli, mushrooms, red and yellow capsicum, eggplant and red onion) and baked tofu marinated in tomato sauce, soy sauce and misc. spices So delicious 😩😩 Food can be incredibly delicious, fulfilling, nutritious and satiating without animal products, one of the best parts about going vegan is the newfound appreciation you develop for foods and dishes you wouldn’t have considered or given the chance as a non-vegan :)

Deconstructed sushi w smoky tahini tofu, arugula, avocado, pickled ginger, sesame, avocado, carrots, cucumber, white rice, kelp, and avocado sushi and you can bet I drizzled this in soy sauce after the photo haha 😜😜
