Take Me Back to Almalfi

I actually bought this painting from the artist himself at a street market in Rome. This painting is pretty amazing since it looks like a real photograph and not an actual oil painting.

I love Amalfi. Even though the journey there wasn’t as smooth sailing as I would like. (The waters were choppy and I puked). We only stayed for a few hours but I really enjoyed the place and really wanted to explore the place fully. There were so much more to see but I didn’t have the time to.

We went to Amalfi via a boat but went home by bus because the tour guide wanted us to experience the beauty of the Amalfi Coast. It was pretty breathtaking but I’m ashamed to admit that I kinda fell asleep on the bus ride back to the boat so I think I missed some pretty great sights.. and probably a lot of photo opportunities.

Curves, Lines and Shadows

While waiting for our express train  at the airport I was looking around for something to photograph. Good thing the bench where we were sitting was very near this area so I was able to take a few quick shots while waiting for the train to arrive.

Loving the color, the lines and the shadows of this photo…
