Robert W. Krepps’ novelisation of Gordon Douglas’remake of John Ford’s “Stagecoach”. Uff!

First was Ernest Haycox’s short-story “Stage to Lordsburg” (1937) [ itself probably inspired by Guy de Maupassant’s “Boule de Suif”?]. It was the base of John Ford’s Stagecoach (1939)

In 1966, Gordon Douglas realised an eponym remake. Robert W. Krepps wrote the novelisation.
