Tamara Platonovna Karsavina (1885-1978) was a famous Russian ballerina, renowned for her beauty, who was most noted as a Principal Artist of the Imperial Russian Ballet and later the Ballets Russes of Serge Diaghilev.
Drop crotch pants (or sometimes low crotch pants) have a longer seat and a lower crotch. This creates a sagging look even if you wear them normally on your hips. The pants will hang especially low if you decide to sag them. Most drop crotch pants have slim legs and are a hybrid of baggy pants with their long crotches and skinny pants with their slim legs. Combine them with some hitops for extra style.
