Happy Thanksgiving from ReShon, who sent this photo of the Vegetarian Society of D.C.’s annual “Life-Affirming Thanksgiving Celebration.” ReShon says, “It was SO yummy! Ravioli stuffed with wild mushroom, vegan stuffing, tofu-tempeh patties, sweet potatoes, spicy collard greens and cranberry sauce. AND I won a Vitamix in their raffle! What a lovely Thanksgiving it has been.”

Today we are all thankful for local vegetarian groups, and fantastic raffle prizes. Happy Thanksgiving, ReShon!

Happy Thanksgiving from Kelly of Fuck Yeah Vegan Pizza and her UTTERLY BONKERS Thanksgiving pizza. She says, she and her husband made pizza “layered with garlic and chive mashed potatoes, gravy, hickory-smoked Tofurky deli slices, carrots, sweet corn, and green beans, all on a veggie broth-infused crust. Served with sides of stuffing, extra gravy, homemade cranberry sauce, and mashed potatoes and mixed veggies (both left over pizza toppings)…. IT WAS INEVITABLE.”

Kelly is a national treasure, you guys, and if you aren’t following (and submitting to!) Fuck Yeah Vegan Pizza, you are doing the internet wrong.

Happy Thanksgiving from Jennie! She writes that “for the last two years, my family has done Thanksgiving at the Chicago Diner. That was awesome, but we wanted a more sweatpants-friendly day this year. Everything is from scratch: potpies with Gardein, stuffing, green bean casserole, carrots with maple glaze, and pumpkin pie with a streusel top.”

Impressive! Those pot pies are adorable!

Happy Oklahoman Thanksgiving from Jennifer! She had “Tofurky and gravy, stuffing, sweet potatoes with walnuts, salad, fresh cranberries, roasted Brussels sprouts, green beans amandine (with smoked almonds), and iced tea (the house wine of the South!). Not pictured is my tofu pumpkin pie (and pumpkin cheesecake a coworker made for me yesterday)!! OKLAHOMA VEGANS ON THE MAP!”
