happy river

Namjoon finds happiness in:

Q. So what, outside of BTS, makes you happy?

RM: Thank you for this question, not many people ask it! (long pause) I have no driver’s license, so I ride a bicycle beside the Han River. That’s what I really love because no one gives a damn about me for that moment. I feel so free. I also love to collect figures and watch a midnight movie ’cos I can watch it all alone and in the best seat

Not Star Wars.
Orphan kitten update: the two calico kittens rescued from the road last week have been adopted by River, a young female cat who came to my house for fosterage this past spring.

River’s own kittens did not survive an attack that left her seriously injured back in April, so it makes me glad to see her loving these babies.

Popping in to wish a Happy Birthday to Kristie @ksjanes, my very dear friend! Wishing you love, joy and courage. Never give up your passion for seeking what sets your soul on fire! I love you! *TIGHT HUGS* ~Angie 💖💖

On this day in 1864, President Lincoln signed the Yosemite Land Grant, protecting the Mariposa Grove and Yosemite Valley – an area that would later become Yosemite National Park. It was the first time the government protected land because of its natural beauty so that people could enjoy it. Thanks to John Muir’s passionate writing to further protect the delicate ecosystem of the High Sierra, Yosemite became our nation’s 3rd national park 26 years later.
