happy birthday chacha!

a very special message for a very special person, from a very special fictional character man. @froschkuss, meeting you this year was definitely one of the best things that could ever happen to me, and i’ll forever cherish you and your friendship. thank you for being you, the sweetest friend anyone could possibly ask for, for indulging me always and somehow never minding my nonsense and silly whims. you never cease to make me laugh and to warm my lil sappy heart, and your art has made a lot of us humble muffins extraordinarily happy. may all your wishes come true, my precious and stellar baumkuchen, and may we fummel the flausch together for a very long time. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CHACHA ♥ ♥

March 3rd, 1960: A Legend is born

I wish I could put in words how I feel towards this man, but really I can’t.
I’ll just try to give you an idea of how important this man has become to me.
Where do I start? I recently started to follow him, but I feel like I’ve been doing it through his whole carrier.
Maybe the first step was the Show in Berlin. I think I will never forget the way he headbanged and spinned on the stage there. You just had to be mesmerized by his energy.
That night Gackt surely was eye-catching, but he was shining on the stage, he was exactly where he was meant to be, doing what he was born to do
And he didn’t even need to rip off his shirt, dancing to Moso Girl, to have my attention. I suppose he has that thing that people call “charm” and he surely know how to use it. He has that subtle way to get your attention in the right way. His charisma, his energy, his laughter, everything about him is so…contagious. I think that the expression “Chacha Virus” is very appropriate. He just can’t pass unnoticed to anyone.
And his music! Gods, I never listened to an album that moved me as Air did. And his voice! Really, I can’t go a day without listening to at least one of his songs. His raspy yet somehow sweet voice and his guitar are always able to light up even my blackest days.
Listening to Divine I felt the terrible urge to learn to play guitar. I know it’s quite presumptous to say, but the thought that playing it I could make people feel the way he makes me feel seemed awesome to me.
On Christmas I found my guitar under the tree. I still have a lot to learn, but I will do it step by step. In the end it’s not like I must be some legendary guitarist or something, I just want to play. Maybe I will make my friends feel great someday, like he does to me. Who knows!
I suppose that his music inspired me, somehow. My guitar makes me feel close to him in a certain way. It’s an amazing feeling, especially considering how much he helped me. Let’s just say that I’ve been through better times. From December I went through a terrible period, but his music helped me so much. More than I can say. My wounds are healing. Slowly, day by day, I’m starting to feel myself again and I owe his music a lot. Whether with his lyrics, music or simply his voice, he helped me so much. His music was my medicine.
Maybe this is one of the main reasons I love him so much.
Fall in Alone, Sleepless Night, As, Canone…even Kagero.
They helped me to get better day by day.
I wish I could thank him personally someday. I wish he could know how much he helped me, how much he means to me. A person who has the gift to make people feel better with their music as he does must surely be special.
I don’t even know why I’m saying all this, so yeah…

Happy Birthday, Legenadary Guitarist.
Happy Birthday, Yukihiro “Chachamaru” Fujimura.
Happy Birthday, my hero.

Thank you. Thank you for everything. Keep playing your wonderful guitar, keep making your splendid music.
I will always support you. I wish you all the best in the world.
Happy Birthday.
