She makes absolutely beautiful handmade necklaces, bracelets, and earrings out of stunning vintage silks and real pearls! She’s so excited to have been able to open a shop online after being encouraged by making a few offline sales, so it would be SO kind for people to reblog and share her work, and maybe take a little look!
(She phoned me because she had a page view ;W; she’s a very good good lady)
After 7 months of waiting for Kyungsoo to come home from tour, you finally had him all by yourself. You had been itching about going to the night market in your city where tons of cheap clothes and street foods can be bought. Kyungsoo promised to take you there once he comes home, and since he have last week, you were going today.
The two of you were dressed up in layers of clothing. For Kyungsoo, he was hiding his identity as well as keeping himself warm for the cold weather, while you were only dressing up for the latter. After eating dinner, the two of you left for the night market.
It’s only been an hour since you’ve arrived and you have already bought tons of clothes and food. It’s not that you were leeching Kyungsoo for his money (you brought your own wallet to pay. But Kyungsoo wasn’t having it) but he insisted on paying everything you wanted. You’ve kept on telling him that it wasn’t his duty to be your human ATM, but he snatched your wallet from you so you had no choice but to let him pay for tonight.
Bags of shirts and food are being held by both of you. Even though he told you he didn’t want anything, you still forced him to try on a few clothes that suited him. There was this pink button down shirt that adorned his pale skin, as well as his well-built torso.
“Kyungsoo, look at those bracelets!“ an excited giggle was made before you ran to a small stall that sold cute handmade accessories. There were earrings, necklaces, and different types of hair clips, but the two mint green bracelets were the ones that caught your attention. The old lady took the bracelets from the rack, handing it to you with a sweet smile on her face. You wasted no time in trying it on, lifting your wrist in the air to show it to your boyfriend.
“Those look nice on your wrist.“ he complimented as he examined your hand. Kyungsoo was surprised when you took his hand, sliding in the other bracelet.
“Green is totally your color, sweetheart. Let’s buy it!“ you exclaimed.
Kyungsoo’s eyes grew as he nervously bit his lower lip. “Uhm..” he started. “Let’s just come back next time. We’re already carrying too much.” he lifted the paper bags he was holding. You looked at him weirdly.
“These are bracelets, sweetheart. We can wear it as soon as we pay for it.“ you shrugged, turning around to face the old lady. “How much for these, ma’am?“
The old lady smiled at the two of you. She was probably in her 60′s; white hair and wrinkled skin, but her bright smile made her look young. “Since the two of you look adorable, 5 dollars for you, honey.“
You beamed at the cheap price she offered. Turning your heels, you faced a nervous Kyungsoo who had small beads of sweat trickling down his neck and forehead, despite the cold night weather.
“Soo, are you okay? Why are you sweating?“ your fingers wiped the single sweat at the side of his head.
“Uhm.. Do you accept credit cards?“ Kyungsoo politely asked the old lady. She only looked at him with a confused look. Her stall was only small which sold handy crafts and accessories ranging from 5 dollars to 25. Who needs a credit card?
“It’s only 5 dollars.“ you laughed, but Kyungsoo wasn’t amused. “What’s wrong?“
Kyungsoo nibbled on his bottom lip before opening his mouth, “I only have a dollar left in my wallet.“
A light pink blush crept on his cheeks, that even under his hood is still prominent under the bright moonlight. Kyungsoo paid all of your things, so it wasn’t a surprise that he’s only left with his credit card.
You couldn’t help but laugh at his shyness.Without hesitating, you reached behind Kyungsoo’s pants to grab your small wallet; taking out a 20 dollar bill.
“What are you doing?“ he took a hold of your wrist, the paper bags that hung on his arms making a rustling sound.
“I can’t let you pay for everything.“you chuckled as you pulled your arm away from his grip, lightly pinching his flushed cheeks. The 20 dollar bill that you held was soon given to the old lady. The two of you bid your farewell to the seller and continued to make your way to the car.
“I’ll give you the 20 dollars when we get home.“ Kyungsoo grumbled under his breath as he buckled his seat belt. With a switch of the key, the engine roared to life.
“You know, you don’t have to pay for everything.“ you sent a sly smile, your hand resting on top of his arm. “On our next date, I’ll pay.“
Kyungsoo was about to protest, but you cut him off. “Don’t try anything, Kyungsoo. It’s my turn to spoil my precious boyfriend.”
