I finally finished 5/10 of the precious babs! Let’s take a closer look at my darlings-

This is Amina Abou Melhem, or the personification of Tyre. She’s a hijabi cuz her population mainly consists of shia muslims. She’s quiet, reserved, but loves her siblings. She is older than Sabah herself, one of Phoenicia’s firstborns.

This is Lara Haddad, the personification of Sidon. Another firstborn of Phoenicia, she’s older than Sabah as well. Her population consists of Sunni muslims as well as a fair amount of Maronite Christians, so she doesn’t wear a hijab but doesn’t like showing anything above the knees or elbows.

Ah, Baalbek. Child of The Roman Empire actually, his name is Ziad Khoury and he is a little detached from the rest. Although everyone tries to get him invoved, he’ll stick around with the Europeans more (occasionally with the Italian brothers)

Now this lil flirt is Alphonse Hamdan, personification of Byblos. This beach babe is quite close to Francis, along with North Lebanon (whom thou shalst see another day), and has a noticeable dark spot on this eye from the Earthquake of 551 BCE. He’s one of the firstborn kiddos and is a little too attached to Baalbek

The personification of Bourj Hammoud, a small Armenian district in Beirut, is called Adel Harmandian. He’s the son of Sabah and Armenia //yes she has had kids with other countries-// and although feels a bit displaced, he tries his best to get along with the others.

Just a reminder that you can ask these guys questions and that I have about 5-6 more characters to draw, and then the family will be complete!

@ask-aph-hummus look I did it!!!
