Maybe you know, maybe you don’t, but I’m a licensed massage therapist. A friend of mine tweeted about her headache so I made this for her (beautiful face).

Use this to relieve a temple headache, relax your facial muscles (you use them all the time!) and just to pamper yourself. Only you know how much pressure to use. Be firm, but be gentle. You may repeat strokes and much as you like, but 3’s a solid number. My tip: focus on the neck (especially!) and the temples. And it’s always a good idea to angle your strokes upwards, not downwards, because you wanna fight gravity + wrinkles.
