Falling In Love With The One Who Is Showing You The Creator Of Love

You are coming here, you are trying to be good, good. But those are just the beginning steps. Sahaba e-Kiram they came to the Prophet, they took Shahadat, they became good, that is just the beginning. Prophet (asws) had a mission. Can you imagine the Sahabi saying, ‘okay, this is all that I want from you Ya Rasulullah. Just to take Shahadat, just to be a good person, and now, eh you are doing all these things? You are going to all these battles? Eh it’s okay, it’s not me yani. I’m a peaceful tolerant one, yani, I’m loving. I stay here and you fight.’ There are those who did that to the earlier prophets; not of this nation.

Now, you start falling in love. Not with yourself, you fall in love with that one that is there that is in front of you, that is showing you the Creator Of Love. And once you fall in love, what do you have to do with what you want? It is what that one wants.

That is the meaning of a servant. It’s not about what you want. It’s about what your beloved wants. You don’t even care for your name. You care what the beloved calls you. That is servant-hood. Now when you start doing that, that is a very long journey here to make. Because now you look with the eyes of the beloved and you see completely something else. It’s not you. You understand? When you have a Murshid, a Sheykh in front of you, you have an idea what it is. When you don’t, you are just imagining. You can do zikr, you can read up all this things but it is just an imagination to you because you have not tasted it, you have not experienced. You understand?

Why are we following a Murshid? Why are we following the Prophet (asws)? Because it brings us to Allah. We cannot bring ourselves to Allah. If we can bring ourselves to Allah, Allah will not send one single Prophet to this world. Allah will not send one single Prophet, Allah swt will just send the Quran into each and everyone of us. He did not. The Divine protocol is, our Kalimah is La ilaha ilallah Muhammadur Rasulullah.

Remember your past and run away from it. Where you came from is not your identity. Seal your past from others, but don’t forget what you did wrong. Forget two things: what you did good for others and what others did wrong to you.

According to tradition, the Holy Prophet alaiyhissalatuwassalam once addressed his companions, saying:

“Oh my companions, if one of you abandons one divine command from among one hundred, he will be in danger of losing his faith… but there will come a time when anyone of my nation who holds firmly to even one command from among one hundred, may hope to save himself and his faith.”

- Sayyidi Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Nazim Adil El Haqqani Q.S.

Uwais Al Qarani's Love

In the battle of Uhud, Holy Prophet (asws) was attacked and a metal went through and punctured his teeth. If it wasn’t Hazreti Umar, it was Hazreti Abu Bakar, one of the high level sahabi broke his teeth trying to pull the metal piece out.

When Uwais al-Qarni heard that Holy Prophet (asws) shed blood in that war and he lost his teeth, he knocked out all his teeth down. He punched his own face and he knocked down his teeth, saying, ‘how can my beloved one be hurt and I still have my teeth.’

He is not young ones like you and me. He’s older. He’s older than the Prophet (asws). Yes, Uwaisy. Understanding?

That kind of love nobody understands. Especially not Americans. The west, they don’t understand it. They say, ‘that’s crazy. Why you want to do that? What is it going to do to you? What are you going to gain by doing that? That’s a bit too extreme isn’t it?’

The measure of love is what you give, not what you can take. But the west understanding of love is just, ‘give me, give me, love me…’

Islamic understanding of love is, ‘I give, I give, I give everything. I sacrifice everything.’ And with that sacrifice comes hardship. With that hardship comes a sweetness.

Shaykh Mawlana Nazim al-Hakkani (qs)’s words regarding Sahibul Saif Sheykh Abdul Kerim El KIbrisi El Rabbani Hazleteri:

“You have lots of intelligence. Say selam, continue the zikir, say Allah. When you say Allah, may you shake the earth and sky. I gave you permission. May Janabi Hakk dress you with majesty. When the bird sees you, may it come sit on your head (a big blessing), and when the wolf sees you, may it run away. I am pleased with the service you have done, well done. The Awliyas’ Divine look is on you. For what reason? Your father is very connected with us. His father, Mehmet Dayi, is very connected with us. Those above him in your family chain there were pure Awliyas that lived on that mountain. They were Allah’s humble servants. They were in worship and prayer and they were those who were not rebellious to Allah. All of them had the medal of Sainthood. For that reason it has come to you. (Sheykh Mevlana is referring to the mountain village of Alifotos in Cyprus. This was Sheykh Abdul Kerim’s family village until they were forced to move north during the civil war in which Sheykh Abdul Kerim bacame mujahid. Sheykh Mevlana and his wife HaciAnne visited Alifotos many times. Four generations of Sheykh Abdul Kerim’s extended family served Sheykh Mevlana there).

The service that you do is beautiful, with their baraka continue that service. Bringing a person to Islam, Iman, Tarika is more valuable and rewarding than acquiring all of America in your hands. Continue it. Do not look at what people say. May you have no business with gossip. You are with permission, look at your job. If someone interferes then I will interfere. I have given you the permission. Gather as much as you can gather. May your service be accepted, may your body be with health, may your table always be full, may your door be open to guests. May good servants come to the place you are. May the evil of sheytan, the evil of the enemy, the evil of government be distant from you. May your sustenance not end. May your Nur/Light increase and never decrease. May your line not be cut off. May your future be good and Selam aleykum wa rahmetullahi wa barakatahu.’

This is a statement that I never give to anyone, like this statement.”

- Sultan el-Awliya Shaykh Mawlana Muhammad Nazim Adil el-Hakkani el-Rabbani (Qs)

Every time you say: “Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim”, it means that you are remembering the Lord: “Oh My Lord, I am remembering You!” And then Allah says: “Oh My servant, I am remembering you! "Don’t forget! If you forget, you will be forgotten.

You Need A Sheykh To Work On Your Ego

Wake up to yourself, and find yourself which category you are in. We have seen for fifteen years, so many people I have seen sitting in front of me, matter of fact, I help them, I go out of my way to give them the shahadat. Sometimes later their ego didn’t accept. They are somewhere now. So many, they left Islam again.

Wake up to yourself. Allah jalla wa’ala swt grant you something, you got to hold it tightly. It is your job to keep it, protect it. You cannot blame anybody else but you, your own self and your own sheytan. If you open door to sheytan, definitely sheytan is going to knock you down. If you shut down the door to sheytan and you say, ‘NO, I have a murshid, I have a Sheykh, I have to follow what that one says,’ then you’ll be alright. Otherwise, you are not more clever than sheytan.

You know, when the fish gets hooked and if it’s a strong one, yes so many people, you are a strong one that’s why you came around me. Meaning your ego is very strong. But you need somebody to work on it properly. Every sheykh is not going to work like this with you. They don’t even have the permission. Sometimes you are asking, ‘ Why are you doing this? Why are you being so hard on us? So many other sheykhs, they are not even doing this?’

You are right. They don’t have the permission. Soon, so many of them they are going to come. Preparing them for Mahdi too. Those ones, all are going to be trained too. For Mahdi. Otherwise, Mahdi is saying, ‘I don’t want weak ones around me. Those ones around me, they have to be strong ones.’

-Sheykh Abdul Kerim El Kibrisi Hz.

“Free yourself from ghaflat.

 Free yourself from heedlessness.

 Free yourself from being fooled.

Be with those who are not going to be fooled.

Be with those who are always watching and  beingaware and being cautious and being  suspicious  of themselves.

Be with those who are intelligent ones.

Be with those who are always thinking and  questioning and remembering Allah”.

WISDOM, it is the spirit of knowledge; like essence, when you put a few drop into a jug of water, it all becomes colonya. Wisdom is only found with divinely people; knowledge is found with everyone. Wisdom is given to Allah’s chosen ones. It needs a pure heart, as it is a precious thing and cannot be put into a dirty cup”.

Grandsheykh Abdullah Al Daghestani Hz

BismillahirRahmanirRahim “The worldly comforts are not for me. I am like a traveller, who takes a rest under a tree in the shade and then goes on his way.” —

Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم

“I am not here to please ego. I am here to crush down the ego. I am here to teach people how to take control of their ego. At least when they are around me. Other than that, you want to live, you want to support your ego 24 hours, do that. But soon as you come around, I am going to crush it again. That is my job. So many is not understanding. They are asking, what is my job. That’s my job.”

All praises are due to our Lord, Allah swt, the Creator of the Heavens and Earth, without whom, nothing can exist. The Sustainer and Cherisher of all existence. All praise be to Allah who has created mankind in Ahsani Taqweem. All praises to Allah swt, whose Greatness is beyond the comprehension of man.
