Hey Fran. What do you think of vitamins for hair growth. I'm scared to take many because taking too much can lead to toxicity. What do you think of the hairfinity vitamins? Is a regular multivitamin good enough?

Hey :)

You def don’t need hair vitamins for hair growth. You’re scared because you have no idea what’s really in them! The beauty business is pretty major and people will try to sell you anything (bloggers included!). Try to drink 2-3 liters of water a day for internal hydration. Eat salads, fruit, veggies, nuts, etc. Eat natural and whole foods that will give you all of the nutrients your body needs. Exercise! So your blood can circulate properly and promote growth, as well! And use beauty products loaded with great nutrients. You have to create an internal and external health tag team to see major improvement! You don’t need a factory made pill to do that for you!
