Do you have any headcanons in terms of Riku and soras families? They're never really addressed in the game and all you really know for sure is that soras parents exist at least, but Rikus family seems to be fair game. Personally I've always believed that Riku is fostered/adopted or lives with just his mom

You know I was thinking about that just a couple of hours ago… Since we’ve only heard about Sora’s Mom or Kairi’s adoptive dad (the mayor, right?) so I like to think about Riku’s family dynamic and like to see how other people handle it. It’s a little difficult to headcanon something/someone when they’re practically nonexistent (sorry mrs. soras mom :Y )

For all I know, Riku’s adopted by a pack of wolves or somethin. More than who he has, I find it the most curious what kind of relationship he had with whoever he has. Riku’s always been kind of distant (I HATE MY PARENTS…AND THIS TOWN) so I really wonder if he get’s along well with his guardian(s) or not.

I can see them (his family) being the type to try and understand their weird son, but have difficulty connecting with him when Riku himself has difficulty connecting to other human beings in general (he got along with mickey so quickly because hes a mouse and not a human being). Or I could see them being the type to be pressuring and hold him on this pedestal to be this perfect son, and that adding to his desire to leave. (look at meeee, i will never beee a perfect bride….or a perfect dauuuughteeeer) tbh I want the kid to have a happy homelife though. He’s never once ever talked about them, though and it does make me think about how well they get along. (I know they dont matter story-wise so maybe thats why but stiiiill)

When I was younger (like 9/10ish) I assumed Riku was actually like an adopted part of Sora’s family (cause I remember him saying “we may never see OUR parents again” sffgdfdg No little me thats a different ‘OUR’)

But IDK they might as well made these kids orphans I mean disney loves orphans and we hear from sora’s mother ONCE and then never again.

heh, hello! how about McCree with a short s/o always asking him to get stuff for them? like books on high shelves and stuff. thank you! I love your blog haha

You got it! I love this ask because I’m like 5'1 and would have to ask him to get stuff down too and no problem! Aaah thank you I’m glad you like my blog even tho iv been a piece of shit and not maintaining it ( if no one gonna call me out on it in gonna call my self out on it)

- McCree finds it funny how short they are and is more then happy to get things for them

- can be kinda smug if he catches them trying to get something they can’t reach and will just place a hand on their waist leaning over them grabbing it effortlessly And say “ya know I’m more then happy to grab something for ya darlin if ya can’t reach”

- he might pick them up sometimes so they can reach what they want and give them a kiss on the cheek

- he likes being helpful it kinda helps him feel secure knowing he is needed by his s/o for something even if it’s something very trivial

- he will pick on them sometimes for being so small saying something dumb like “iv eaten pancake stacks taller then you” and just laugh if they get pouty or punch him in the arm or hug them close saying it’s alright tho because he loves that they are small

Percy makes friends at a college party, but her intentions aren’t what he expects.

“Oh, thanks!” Percy smiles as the girl - Cassie? Casey? He thinks it’s Cassie, but the music was so loud when she introduced herself he couldn’t quite hear - hands him a fresh cup. “Just Coke, right?”

“Yeah,” she says, matching his smile with her own. “Though I still don’t get why you’re not drinking.”

He tries to subtly sniff the drink before taking a sip, just to be sure. It smells okay. “Not a fan,” he says by way of explanation, taking a small sip.

Cassie tags a swig from her own cup, gagging slightly as the vodka hits her throat. “Yeah,” she coughs, “I can - ah, I can understand that.”

He laughs, and she laughs too, and when Percy settles back against the wall she comes and stands next to him.

She nods out at the crowd and says, “So, what do you think of the party?”

“It’s pretty fun,” he says, which is mostly true. He’d prefer to be back in his dorm, snuggled up in bed with Netflix on in the background and Annabeth curled up beside him. But, as far as college parties go, he thinks this one is all right. The music isn’t terrible, at least. “Although, to be honest, I don’t have that much experience with parties so I’m probably not the best judge.”

Cassie turns to him with a knowing look. “I thought you were shy, hanging out by yourself over here with that brooding expression.”

“Brooding?” he says, lips quirking up.

“Well, you’re not brooding now. But you totally were before.”

“I was not brooding.”

“You were.”
