guys why didn't you say this was coming out

Snape Appreciation Month Day 14: Favorite Relationship

Snape and McGonagall

I know I know, I’m now going backwards, but it occurred to me today that there’s nothing stopping me from making my own gifs so I thought I’d give it a try. Anyway, my favorite platonic (or not…) relationship is Snape and McGonagall’s friendship. I mean, look at these two. Best friends don’t judge each other, best friends judge other people together, amirite.

Just a friendly reminder for Goro haters :)
  • Me: Do you have a rewards card?
  • Customer: *speaks rapid spanish*
  • Me: *caught off guard* what?
  • Customer: Treinta *draw number 30 with his finger*
  • Me: Ok, thirty what?
  • Customer: Treinta!
  • Me: What do you want thirty of?
  • *this continues for a few minutes he even writes the number 30 down, which still gets us nowhere, eventually he just puts his card in the chip reader, then stares at me*
  • Bagger: *reads the screen* Do you want cash back?
  • Customer: Si! Treinta!
  • Me & Bagger: Oohhh!
  • *We finally get it all sorted out and the guy talks to me in a super condescending tone (in Spanish) before he leaves, then the next customer comes up*
  • Me: Sorry about all that, how are you?
  • Customer 2: That's why you need to go to school and learn some Spanish
  • Me: I actually took three semesters of Spanish. I knew he was saying thirty, he just didn't say what he wanted thirty of.
  • Customer 2: Is silent for remainder of transaction

What annoys me most about Zane as a character is that he's one of those "edgy but not evil" characters that COULD ACTUALLY BECOME A WELL DEVELOPED CHARACTER!!! Like for instance when Aphmau and him fell out after the Cafe story arc, and he decided to try and make other friends?? Why didn't that actually go anywhere?? Why must you continue to just be edgy??

In all honestly, my opinion time?

His character archetype is not meant to be a main character, let alone a good guy but they attempted to, the fandom having this hay-fever obsession over his bland personality having ass and honestly half the time I see fans

a) give him headcanons meant for other characters (essentially stealing them)

b) woobifying and making him a “poor baby boy” case

c) get upset at people, most times, when you come out and say you don’t like him still after all of this

Zane could’ve made a good antagonist in a modern au!!! I wish they kept him as the angry neighbour that would get occasionally pulled into hijinks because of Garroth but outside of that? “Get off my lawn before I call the cops” type attitude.

The reason why people give him so much gimmicks and even mystreet desperately trying give him an interesting plot line (with so much struggle) is because he’s boring.

I’m sorry but from a writing standpoint, I’d struggle too because they really shot themselves in the foot. His most interesting plot line to date was the whole slight insecurity he had @ Garroth for being first born and “that’s why dad is pressuring you to take the company than me” but they dropped that.

Now he’s this “zuzu”, a watered down katelyn wannabe with no interesting character significance yet constantly forced to be a main, good character despite he falls flat as one!!!

But deadass, don’t mind me, I’ll just sip my tea and wait until the fandom gets over him.

Law & Order: SVU (Season 15) Starters
  • My partner, my squad, the entire department will hunt you down.
  • You think that you've put people through hell. It will rain back down on you.
  • He would kick your teeth in, break your legs, break your arms, break your back, break your face.
  • If you can't trust me, then I'm done.
  • That's not what I said.
  • What happened?
  • Fear won out.
  • I'm sorry.
  • It's not on you. It's just the way it is.
  • Nothing changes, except what has to.
  • Has anyone ever told you to just stop talking?
  • Was it something I said?
  • Last night I friended her on Facebook.
  • People lie, people make mistakes... this comes with the territory.
  • Is that really how women think?
  • I'm proud of you. Coming forward, you had more guts than any of them.
  • After sex, most men feel the urge to urinate, which clears the urethra.
  • He'll die in prison.
  • He goaded me into beating him. And, you know what? Once I started I couldn't stop. He got me to turn into exactly what he is.
  • Nobody could ever take your place
  • We should throw you a party
  • Heavy lies the crown.
  • Don't worry, I'll stay away from Atlantic City
  • You threatening me? I got the biggest gang in the city. You think your guys are loyal? Go ahead. Test the NYPD. I dare ya.
  • Some street guy with a diabetic kid with an attachment disorder out in the freezing cold? Tell me there's a happy ending.
  • You ask me, the only difference between a football team and a gang is that gangs don't wear helmets and knee-pads.
  • You can't just come in here and start making accusations.
  • I'll pretend I didn't hear you say that!
  • Whatever you're doing, I want you to stop now; I am not ready for another partner!
  • You're smiling, ___. Why does that freak me out?
  • I'm fixed on you, and until I'm dead I'll always be in your head
  • We're joined at the hip now, aren't we?
  • There is not one shred of forensic evidence of criminal behavior.
  • A grenade with the pin pulled has not blown up yet, but it's still a danger to those around it.

I kinda hate how kuro fandom is half dead but when the new chapter comes out, everyone wants to read it and have it translated like right now (calm down seriously, it’s not even out yet) everyone is making 2 Ciel theories and then panicking, people are finally making some edits and when it’s over everybody just crawls back and comes out next month :D

Draco's thought process
  • Draco: Oh I have the perfect idea to win Harry over. Guys come help me, okay so I'm going to climb this tree and say something nice. You guys wait behind the tree then come out when I jump down.
  • Draco *afterwards*: Why didn't that work? I told him I had more faith in him than my father.

Are you guys bummed that you didn't get a section at San Diego Comic Con(while other DisneyXD shows did)?

“Well, I wouldn’t say bummed…”

Yes. Abso-honkin’-lutely.

“Howard, come on.”

What? Was that not the right thing to say? We were disappointed! That’s why we have to blow everyone’s ratings out of the water with our finale of season two. That’ll teach ‘em!

“who’s ‘em?”

Y’know, All of ‘em. ‘Em are gonna pay, Cunningham.

Josh in no way is a bad guy so why don't you Stop making him out to be a bad influence! It's mad annoying when you say things like: He made maya act out like NO, NO HE DIDN'T. Josh didn't ASK her to go nor did he want her to so don't make it sound like JOSH told her to come, it was her choice not his. Nothing points to him being a bad influence yet so don't be so quick to judge and don't try to play the I-respect-all-ships card when you really don't. You sound phony asf.

Sigh. Here is what I actually said:

“I’m not saying I think he’s an all around bad guy or anything, but I don’t think he’s exactly the moral compass type if you know what I mean…” –

I have never once claimed that Josh MADE Maya do a blessed thing. He did however, INSPIRE her to do a very foolish thing. Not through any actions of his own, of course, that was all Maya. But Maya’s crush on Josh—and the writers have called it a crush as well, so take deep breaths before you send me an angry message about that, please—inspired her to sneak out and drag Riley along with her.

I have already acknowledged that we have very little to work with when it comes to Josh as a character so anything we conclude is spotty at best at this point until we get more. What we DO have is his decision to NOT be responsible and tell Cory that Riley (and Maya) snuck out, which is pretty telling, along with his tendency to brazenly flirt with older girls.

That said though, I am in no way claiming that Josh is a “bad guy.” I’m only saying that I think he’s perhaps not a “nice guy” a la Lucas the same way Maya is not a “nice girl” a la Riley.

And I don’t think I’ve ever once played the “I respect all the ships” card. I *appreciate* all the pairings in terms of how they influence the characters and the story, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to “respect” fictional relationships as if they are peoples’ religious beliefs, or bow to the absurd notion that it’s “wrong” to analyze said relationships citing the show’s canon and the writers’ previous work. I’ve made that very clear I don’t know how many times.
