Guess what I made!! Sugar free & No carb gummies. Well, made with sugar free jello, so still have to watch it.
If you don’t use artificial sweetners you can still make low carb gummies with lime juice and berries. Just an idea. There’s also substitues for gelatin that should work. I just dont know what they are, sorry.
Super easy and perfect for shark week.
.3 oz. Sugar free jello
3- ¼ oz (.75 oz) packets of no flavor gelatin
½ cup of cold water
•Mix the ingredients together in a saucepan.
•Let sit for 5-10 minutes.
•Turn on stove & melt until gelatin dissolves.
•Pour into mold or whatever.
•Let cool. I put them in the freezer for 10 minutes, then in the fridge for 5.
•Store in zip locked bag.
Again this is only a treat, not for everyday diet.
I had a job interview today. It went really well so I decided to reward myself for being such an adult. I bought a giant gummy shark, a giant gummy cola, a handful of Swedish fish (and other sealife) and a box of candy cigarettes from the candy store.
