I was wondering how to cut off excess sweat from corroding my guitar in this humid tropical region and I found these pair of ordinary warmers.  These warmers are actually “sport” warmers used by runners and bikers - yeah right.. So I cut some holes in it to fit my thumb and there ya go, a sweat reducer and now I can palm mute without worrying about extra sweat dripping to the bridge.

As I play, I was surprised to see that it didn’t only reduce sweat drips, but also improved noise reduction by damping unwanted string vibrations caused by the vibration of the fret board! Amazing..I’m using this for a clean recording and call it my “black string dampers” LOL \m/
