A Filipino dessert: GUINUMIS (Hiligaynon word for Sago & Gulaman) Something really easy to make! Just mix up a bunch of tapioca pearls, gelatin, toasted pinipig, sweetened raw sugar, coconut milk, and ice :)
This restaurant is one of the best places that I have visited this year. This hole in the wall is situated in the so-called “Little Hong Kong ” of the Philippines. I went here with some of my friends and just like in college, our experience in Quick Snack is one that is definitely memorable.
Relyenong Shirmp (P80) This is like the stuffed shrimp that we used to order from Great Palace in Tacloban. This dish is very tasty and had lots of stuffing that’s why it’s satisfying and filling. The first timers gave this dish two thumbs up.
