Seriously loving this taco life I’m living. @lchfjourney and @bellarisatk have me thinking I need to go easier on the fat, though.
I read all of this stuff on reddit where people are like, “I was stalled for six weeks and then ate four sticks of butter yesterday, and now I’ve lost ten pounds overnight!” So I think I have to put mayo on everything or I’ll be eating too much protein and will start churning out glucose.
But obviously I have 50+ pounds of body fat that I need to burn through before I need to start adding mayo to anything. Still gotta put creamy dressing on my salads, though, because I’m not an ANIMAL.
