The #156 works Porsche 718 W-RS Spyder of Umberto Maglioli and Giancarlo Baghetti in the pits of the 1963 Targa Florio, which the would bring to seventh place. Behind is the #80 works Porsche 356B Carrera 2000 GS/GT of Edgar Barth and Herbert Linge, which got a class win and finished third overall.
Part 2 from yesterday’s post: now, this is what I eat for lunch every day (it’s a serving size 6 cup Tupperware): 700 calories–aka SEVEN TIMES the size of that last “lunch” I posted–worth of foods I used to be scared of. I used to avoid all starches except sweet potatoes, which is a depressingly common thing I hear from people trying to lose weight. But guess what? Now that I eat unlimited starches and fruits and veggies, I’m leaning out while eating >2000 cals a day and no longer thinking or worrying about food. I feel full, energetic, and able to focus on complicated grad school things all day long with no brain fog, then able to run a few miles with Maia after (which I now do for FUN not weight loss!) 🎉 I wanted to post this because I get a lot of messages from people asking how to escape the cycle of binging/restricting without gaining weight: try eating unprocessed plant foods when you’re hungry, and stopping when you’re full. It really is that simple! 🙏🏻 @veganmiche
