Franco Banfi

A swiss diver, captured these pictures of one of the six anacondas he saw on his 10 day trip to Mato Grosso in Brazil. This one was about 26-feet long.

"At the first moment it’s scary because you don’t know the animal and everybody says it’s dangerous. ‘But after a while you understand that nothing happens if you respect the snake. ‘I have never been so close to a snake like this before. But I think a small poisonous snake is more scary than a big one. At least you can see the anacondas clearly and know what they’re doing." - Franco Banfi

Sébastien Del Grosso Combines Sketches And Digital Photography For Incredible Hybrid Portraits

Del Grosso’s playful composites combine drawing and photography with whimsical yet realistic results — think an adult take on “Harold and the Purple Crayon." In an email to the Huffington Post, Del Grosso cited Ben Heine as an inspiration, whose work we also admire. (See examples here and again here.)

Unlike Heine, however, Del Grosso prefers to engage with the facts. “In my series,” he writes, “I try to present things in a realistic way, as if my sketches had given birth to reality.”

Illustrator Sébastien DEL GROSSO freelance graphic designer from Paris, France (previously) recently updated his portfolio with a new batch of awesome  illustrations.

In this series “The sketch of a life”, I wanted to illustrate my life, like my sketches gave birth to each of his actions or by the intervention of someone I are close (for exemple in “sketch your mentor” with the intervention of my grandmother who taught me in the drawing), or events that have been important to me (like in “sketch the life” with the birth my daughter “Cataleya”), but also with something a little more humorous (in “Catch & Sketch” for example with the intervention of my friend Cal Redback, or in “sketch and fight” with a battle of two artists with each his technique)

Art is the only way to run away without leaving home - run with us !

E eu amo o sorriso dele.
