im here for the james who stopped asking lily out in fifth year because he realized how creepy and obsessive it was
im here for the james who realized that he didn’t actually know anything about lily and decided that more than anything he wanted to be civil and be her friend
im here for the james that slowly built up a friendship with lily based on respect and their mutual desire to create equality in the wizarding world
im here for the james that nearly passed out when lily told him that she loved him before he did, because now that he knew the real lily and not some idolized version of her, he stopped thinking of her in that way (or at least he tried)
im here for the james who constantly apologized for how much of a git he was in the past and even though lily always laughed it off, it always bothered him deep down
im here for the james that always stayed cocky and self-assured, but realized that his past behavior was disgusting and worked hard for the rest of his life to make up for it.
Last week, here in South Carolina, a little boy was shot and killed at an elementary school.
In Townville, close to Anderson, a 14-year-old boy, shot and killed his father. He then stole his dad’s truck, drove it 3 miles to an elementary school and shot two students and a teacher. One student in the foot, the other in the leg and the teacher in the shoulder. The student who was shot in the foot and the teacher ended up okay. But for the little boy, Jacob, who was shot in the leg, didn’t make it.
Jacob Hall, a first grader, loved super heros and his favorite was the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. So the parents asked if everyone could wear their favorite super hero shirt the day they lay him to rest. To celebrate his life besides mourn his death and for kids to not be so afraid of death.
I finally got an aquaman shirt while I was on vacation so I wore this for you, Jacob.
to all my fellow beauts with crappy/sensitive/acne-ridden skin:
You’re under no obligation to cover or hide it. You can wear mascara, eyeshadow, lipstick, or any other form of makeup without foundation if you can’t/don’t want to for whatever reason. Or you could wear none at all if it’s not your thing!!!
Regardless, your skin doesn’t determine your worth or your beauty, and if someone tell you otherwise, I’ll punch them in the throat.
The whole of feminism can be broken down into two basic camps - 1) wicked awesome radfems, and 2) weak minded libfems. We clearly know SO MUCH MORE about womyn and feminism than other womyn and feminists.
We need to overthrow the notion of Gender, but you have have HAVE to have a V at birth to be a womyn. Obvs!
No Muslim womyn ever could EVER choose for herself to wear Hijab because Islam is a nasty Patriarchal religion that takes all of womyn's rights and agency away. Nevermind that we come from Patriarchies too - We should still get to choose FOR them!
Our ideas are so gosh darn RADICAL, why can't you libfems keep up already?!?!!?
So, I had an amazing Galentine’s with my girl, but then we went out for gal-drinks after work and she invited her byf, which is fine cause I love them both, but I kept trying to start a conversation and they were like smooching each other on the face and tickling each other so much that they were completely ignoring me and I’d trail off… like um… ok, you know that I’m feeling pretty upset and alone right now, so I’d prefer you not rub it in while we are specifically having gal time? The day before a day that isolates people who do not have happy romantic relationships🙂💔🙂
Mod*gives mod soup and more tissues* gotcha fam :v
Mod: Thanks fam.
Good news everyone!
I’m actually not really sick anymore! (I’m coughing a bit but if it starts going to the lungs I can handle that a lot better than when I was constantly sneezing and blowing my nose. =w=) So I shall be able to draw more again. Huzzah!
