But how do you get calcium?

I’ve been asked this question A LOT (several times over the past weekend alone) so please enjoy and absorb the following information.

The above picture is 2 cups of steamed kale and 2 cups of steamed spinach with some garlic totaling over 900mgs of calcium! That’s three times as much calcium as a cup of skim milk (whole milk is lower in calcium).

Not only that, leafy greens are alkalinizing, rich in vitamins and minerals, and calorie for calorie one of highest protein sources out there. 

Dairy on the other hand creates an acidic environment in your body which in turn leaches calcium from your bones! The countries with the highest dairy consumptions also happen to have the highest rates of osteoporosis.

Design

Design can mean a lot of things. I design all of my own marketing materials for greentiye.com (this one I’m just playing around with cause it’s not my photo). Currently I’m spending a lot of time designing this detox program. Each client of the program receives a booklet with day to day instruction on how to properly complete a detox as well as many other tools that go beyond food. In a short period of time the program guides each client to design a new vision of themselves, inside and out.
