For the bigger girls that need sweetspiration ♥

The scale isn’t saying what you’d like it to say..🤔

But your pants are a little looser.

Your shirts are getting a little baggy.

Your favorite ring isn’t quite as snug.

The friction between your thighs is lessening.

Your favorite bra is getting loose. (It’s bittersweet but it’s sweeter than it is bitter.)

What are those? Collar bones? Collar bones! ♥

Remember how much you loved seeing your Collar bones again? Now Imagine how you’ll feel about your hipbones!

Imagine the time you’ll save on contouring your cheekbones and jawline if they’re already physically visible.

Wearing a choker that doesn’t actually choke you.

Two pieces, short shorts and crop tops. ♥

Being an envy as opposed to being filled with envy.

Fitting rooms becoming an experience you enjoy as opposed to being an experience you avoid.

Reblog if you can relate 🌹

The low blood sugar headaches that turn into migraines that test your determination.

Feeling so bloated you question whether or not you counted your calories correctly.

Fighting the urge to weigh yourself everyday because you know the number will never be as low as you hope it to be.

The saying, “slow progress is progress” because patience doesn’t come easy when you’re starving.

Carb flu. Carb flu. Carb flu. Fuck carb flu.

Feeling exhausted, scatterbrained and fatigued from the moment you wake to the moment you lay back down.

When you hit your ugw and it’s still not good enough.
