great for getting things done

alrighty friends, at last I’m here. I applied and interviewed for a promotion last week at work and found out I got it today, so that’s good! and I feel generally pretty great tonight so I’m gonna try to get a couple things done. hope ur monday treated you all well !!

Get Stuff Done! ADHD Edition

You know all those post-it notes that populate your world? I figured out a great way to get all of those things DONE. - I know someone else may have thought of it already, but oh well :)

Step 1: Write all the things you need to do on your sticky note

Step 2: On the back, write a number (these are points)

Step 3: Every time you do a task, take down the note and collect your points

Step 4: Once you collect enough points (10, 20, 50) cash them in for a treat! Make it fun! ADHD brains love fun!

If I want my afternoon cappuccino, I must collect 15 points.

Remember, keep it simple. Don’t just write “clean the house”. Try smaller pieces like “empty the dishwasher” and “take out trash”.

**This can be for anyone, not just ADHD folks. That’s simply who I had in mind writing this post. Enjoy!

My final gift is finally finished! Thanks to you guys that chatted with me as I colored this yesterday haha.

@paperpessimist , you wanted Hades&Persephone with these two and as much schmoop as I could fit on two pages I believe???

Saw crispystar theory which reminded me of something I drew awhile back.

Stranger Things Month: Day 4 - Favorite Episode in Season 2

Chapter Two: Trick or Treat, Freak

cluelesseleven  asked:

Hi! I was wondering if you could give me a few tips on how to tell what’s the mbti type of a person without having to tell them to take the test! Thanks!

The most important thing you can do is listen to what they say instead of look at what they do.

Do they frequently mention how important they think it is to pay attention to what has and hasn’t worked in the past?  Do they find tradition comforting?  Are they good with details?  Most likely high Si and low Ne.

Are they great at brainstorming?  Do they love to look at things in a new light?  Can they see multiple ways of looking at many things?   Do they enjoy talking about far-flung, unrealistic ideas just because they’re interesting?  Most likely high Ne and low Si.

Are they good at knowing how events will develop?  Do they plan far into the future and fixate on a goal that is important to them?  Do they look for meaning and symbolism in things?  Most likely high Ni and low Se.

Are they great at jumping on opportunities?  Do they love physical thrills and material comforts?  Are they present, paying attention to what is going on around them?  Are they impatient and action-oriented, preferring to be spontaneous than to come up with a detailed plan?  Most likely high Se and low Ni.

Are they great at noticing logical inconsistencies?  Do they ask a lot of “why” questions and enjoy knowing how things work and why things are the way they are?  Do they often question the accuracy of the information they are given and refuse to accept anything that does not make sense to them?  Most likely high Ti and low Fe.

Do they often mention how important it is to help others?  Are they great at making other people feel at ease in social situations?  Do they express their feelings, opinions, and emotions in the moment?  Do they tend to focus on the group and encouraging everyone in it?  Most likely high Fe and low Ti.

Do they seem passionate and emotional but at the same time reserved in some way?  Do they have difficulty putting how they feel into words and need time to think before talking about it?  Do they often mention how important it is to them to have personal freedom and do what they believe is right?  Most likely high Fi and low Te.

Are they great at making plans and getting things done fast?  Are they impatient, competitive, and hard-working?  Do they often focus on accomplishing things the most efficient and logical way regardless of who gets offended?  Most likely high Te and low Fi.

Pick the two above that best fit the person you are trying to type and then think about whether the high extroverted function or high introverted function fits them better.  That should leave you with one type.  Hope this helps! :)

-Cleanse your gems/crystals/ritual tools

-If you’re religious, put offerings to your deities. Especially if they’re connected to the new Moon at all.

-Clean your house as much as you’re able.

-The week of a new moon is a great week to get ‘adulting’ things done. (payments, taxes, etc)

-Wash your sheets and pillowcases.

-The day of a new moon is a great “treat yo self” day to recharge and cleanse your energy.

-If possible, open windows, even for a few moments.

-Water plants with moon water

-Take a self care bath. Milk baths are great for new moons.

-put a bit of moon water in your morning coffee and/or tea.

Can we have an Aizawa having his class interrupted by a new, female teacher and him get totally tongue-tied?? Description of teacher is up to you!

So sorry for the long wait like (3-4 month wait!) I’m really trying to answer all these ask, just the motivation/inspiration hasn’t been found lately!

💤Aizawa isn’t someone who is easily impressed, but for someone reason, once she stepped into the classroom, he found himself, unable to speak, he found himself unable to tear his eyes away from you.

💤 He didn’t know why he was feeling this way, there was nothing in particular that made her physically stand out, but maybe that’s why, he was attracted to her? No that couldn’t be it, so what was it?

“I’m sorry, am I interrupting something? Hizashi just send me here to retrieve some papers for the teachers lounge”

💤 Mentally cursing, Hizashi in his mind, he lazily nodded at you. He heard some snickering and giggles from the students, he then give them, his infamous glare, that quickly shut them up.

💤 As you were gathering the papers from his desk, he didn’t continue teaching the class till five minutes past by and Iida brought it up.

“Sir shouldn’t we, continue the lecture!”

“Oh right…”

💤 Though he tried to pass it by like nothing happened, his students knew what was really going on and it wasn’t like you were stupid, either, you cached him glancing at you, time to time, and so you decided to play your own little games.

💤 Once class was over and the students already out of the room, Aizawa checked behind his desk, trying to find the keys that locked the room, he stumbled across a small note, the word (Y/N), was the first thing, that popped out to him and he assumed it was your name.

‘I spy from my little eye, someone that keeps glancing at me? Who is it, you ask? Well it’s none other than you, Shota, how about we meet up for Coffee this week? That way, you could look at me the whole time and we get to know each other, better~!

Love, (Y/N) (L/N) ~

Consider: Ray is short, and if there’s nowhere to set up a sniper nest, he has 0 height advantage. So sometimes, when he has to be on the ground team, he’ll get someone to agree to let him ride on their shoulders, so it’s just a guy in a skull mask with a purple-hoodied gremlin perched up there, or the leader of the most terrifying crew in Los Santos carrying around some kid with a pink gun. And it’s even worse because it actually works, like Ray clearly gets more people like this than on his own two feet. He likes to be tall.

me externally: Lefou’s character ark in the new Beauty and the Beast movie is an amazing performance that shows Lefou’s pining over Gaston and him growing and moving out of that poisonous relationship. While there could have been more explicit gay moments, the acting was very believable and showed the character as more than the “token gay” that has emerged recently in film and movie production. This in itself was a huge step for disney, and all movies directed towards a younger audience, and I am glad that they opened the door for the future.

me internally: ………………………………………………………………IT COULD HAVE BEEN GAYER

Tbh even if you don’t like bts or their fandom, I think we should be proud of them as a genre for even getting into the BBMA’s. Bts have done great things and I think the kpop fandom (again, even if you’re not really fond of them) should be proud because kpop/being in a music genre that started with Asians is finally being taken seriously in a western culture/society. I’m very proud of these boys and I think we owe bts a big thank you for working so hard and achieving such a great thing!

5 Bullet Journal Page Ideas

1. Goals. Every month, make a page with the goals you want to accomplish that month. Whether it be read more or eat junk food less, it’s a great way to make a tangible list of things you want to accomplish. I find writing things down is a great way for me to actually get things done, rather than just thinking “Oh, yeah, I need to do that at some point.”

2. Budgets. You can do many different things with this idea. You could have a page that is just an overview of your spending for the month. You can do this to try and cut down costs, by giving yourself specific goals on how much money to spend, etc. Or you can even use this to keep track of all your University costs in one place. The possibilities are endless, which makes it a great idea for multiple pages in your bullet journal.

3. Gift Ideas. Keep a running list of things to get yourself, mom, dad, brother, sister, boyfriend, girlfriend, etc. Nothing’s worse than when it’s time to go Christmas shopping, and you have no ideas. With this, you can write things down throughout the year and have a long list before the holiday and/or birthday seasons!

4. Accomplishments. This is a list of things you’ve accomplished throughout the year, so when you move onto your new bullet journal, you can look back on all the great things you did. This is something that will be awesome to look back on in a few years, remembering what you did each year that you considered to be an achievement worthy of making the list!

5. Textbooks/Materials/Books. This is especially helpful for college students who are renting and buying textbooks from a lot of different places. I like to write down where I got the textbook and it’s due date, so I’ll never forget to return a book! You can also use this page to write down things you need to buy for the coming school year that are designated in your syllabus.
